The Adlerian Society of Wales has been supporting a Peer Mentoring scheme being rolled out in a number of schools in Pembrokeshire. The scheme relies on schools expressing a desire to participate, and is an independent partnership between the school and the Peer Mentoring programme.
See the links below for more information on how the scheme works, and how implementation is going.
- How the Peer Mentoring scheme is implemented – describes the process by which a school invites a team from the Programme into school, how the scheme is established, and its role in the school.
- Current status – schools in which peer mentoring is operational, or in the process of being established.
- The Peer Mentoring training course – what we teach trainee peer mentors.
