I have a interest in working with those affected by difficult relationships including abuse & those recovering from relationships with narcissism. I work with a range of issues such depression, anxiety, self-esteem and clients who are feeling stuck in their lives & want to gain more self-awareness. I have worked with Sands (stillbirth and neonatal death society) for many years facilitating meetings and supporting families through devastating and traumatic times. Engagement in therapy is essential, to help this I will provide a supportive and encouraging environment and we will work collaboratively. Using my Adlerian training in childhood memories we will explore and gather family information, this leads to a deeper understanding of oneself, which in turn can help find effective and appropriate tools to develop confidence and self-worth.

I have experience working with diverse needs such as autism, learning differences and ADHD.
I will offer a safe, confidential space to provide an opportunity to share difficulties and differences and offer support wherever I can.
There are challenging times in all of our lives when we need help and support, and talking therapy is increasingly shown to be successful in providing that.

Sometimes life events and situations can feel too heavy to carry alone, impacting and affecting our ability to cope and function.
