Hayley Vallance

I offer short and long term counselling depending on your counselling needs, my therapy is client lead, we will work together at your pace. I am very passionate about my work, I believe that as people become more accepting of themselves they are capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. I have worked with Sands (stillbirth and neonatal death society) for many years facilitating meetings and supporting families through devastating and traumatic times. I always show compassion and understanding whatever the circumstances. Engagement in therapy is essential, to help this I will provide a supportive and encouraging environment and we will work collaboratively. Using my Adlerian training in childhood memories we will explore and gather family information, this leads to a deeper understanding of oneself, which in turn can help find effective and appropriate tools to develop confidence and self-worth.

Whether you work face to face or online and your location I offer telephone, online and face to face sessions.

Katie Morrissey Dip Adlerian IIP MBACP

I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist. I work in a person-centred, holistic way and can offer support for stress, anxiety, depression, personal confidence and self-esteem, trauma, addictive behaviour and grief & loss.

I have experience working with diverse needs such as autism, learning differences and ADHD.

I will offer a safe, confidential space to provide an opportunity to share difficulties and differences and offer support wherever I can.

There are challenging times in all of our lives when we need help and support, and talking therapy is increasingly shown to be successful in providing that.

My work is carried out on-line or telephone. This has proved to be very successful and beneficial.

Natalie Moir, BEd (Hons), Diploma Therapeutic Counselling, Certificate Counselling Studies. MBACP

Sometimes life events and situations can feel too heavy to carry alone, impacting and affecting our ability to cope and function. Resulting in anxiety, stress or depression and affecting our relationships with those around us. At times these events can be experienced as trauma and professional support may be needed to get back on track. I am a trauma informed therapist, trained in the Rewind technique (Human Givens), a non-intrusive, safe and highly effective powerful and psychological detraumatisation method, which can be used to address trauma and is also useful for treating phobias.

Whether you are looking for support to improve your wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety in your life or for support in working with a specific event or trauma, please get in touch via email or text.
